Dr Bal is great! Front office medical assistant 'Kit' is VERRRY rude! She has no business working in a professional office.

you would think a pediatrician would acknowledge their little patients as being fussy or nervous children. not this doctor. if you have a whole afternoon to waste, then by all means, come see dr. bal. wait times are ALWAYS 2+ HOURS, if you're lucky to see her that soon! these wait times are always without fail. also, call backs and follow ups are horrendous. don't hold your breath on getting a timely call back regarding any sort of test result. as a parent, this is not good, you need someone who will have the excellent manners to return a call, and do so when they say they will. i since switched doctors. good riddance!

front office staff is really rud

i have been going to doc sanchez for 4 years shes good. they just have bad staff the manager has an attitude and ignores you when asking her questions. the wait is long i have been their for almost 2 hours in patient room.
