My kids have been going here for years. They are great doctors, the staff is friendly. They have been taking care of my babies and doing an excellent job!

I've had bad experiences here each and every time I've been in there. Each and every time I had to wait an hour for my two children to be seen because of my insurance, and I have blue cross blue shield insurance. They would tell me that my insurance was not wanting to pay, so I would call, all to find out that they never sent in paper work. Not to mention the staff was rude and so was both of the doctor's.

I started bringing my new daughter here at the recommendation of a family member. I was not comfortable here. There was always a lobby full of people, and once we got in the back, we were then rushed by staff. They were thorough in their examination, but any questions I had were given a cursory quick check and answer. I constantly felt rushed during the examination and do not feel like I received quality time. I'm looking for another doctor, I will not return here.

I would think twice about this office. There is a total lack of communication between the staff, "Doctors", and patients. Bedside manner of Pedro is sub-par.

We absolutely loved Mr. and Mrs. Baula, but their staff is not so great. Some of the nurses are Curt,disrespectful and act like WE'RE the inconvenience. As a parent we are entitled to ask questions and want to know why certain test and blood work is done, but we just got the answer of "I don't know, Because Dr, Baula requested it," They don't exactly communicate well or go out of their way to answer questions they don't know the answer to. My son almost got his 6 months immunization shots twice because they didn't do their part in getting the hospital to fax the paperwork and said it was our job to bring them in,Till then they'll assume he hasn't had them yet. The nurse that normally is the one that sees my son is not warm and acts irritated any time we ask questions and talks to us like we are children. We have had this experience every time we have gone to this office, We are switching doctors as soon as we can find one. Again, the doctors are amazing and they are great at what they… do, but the staff will not put forth the effort or go a little out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

Very good with children, Takes time to talk to the parent and kid. Knowledgeable.

Dr. Baula, wife and husband supposedly have legitimate medical degrees and licenses, but their English is hard to understand, they do the very minimum at appointments and do not nicely or accurately answer parents questions! We switched doctors and recommended that our close friends do the same, which they did. If you want/need a doctor that knows what they're doing and doesn't repetitively address unimportant issues, DO NOT GO TO CHILDREN'S CLINIC! !!!

Nurses are the only downfall to this office. I LOVE Mrs Baula always is very understanding to new mom and loves on my children as if they were her own. She is the BEST and we drive almost 45 min to see her :)

I've seen Dr. Vicki Baula for many years. I've had 2 pediatricians before her but she's been my favorite so far. The nurses are always nice too.

She is an awesome doctor who cares deeply about her patients. Ive been to her since I was little and now I'm in college and I don't want to get a new doctor.
