LGBTQIA Beware-Had a consult scheduled for laser hair removal. Before being seen the office cancelled the appt stating they "cannot treat male hair" for laser removal. I have been undergoing laser treatment for two years and have consulted other professionals since this converstation and no one has ever mentioned "male hair" being an issue. To be clear this is bioessentialism as any hair can undergo laser treatment. I did speak with the office manager who explained that any "male" appts for laser are automatically cancelled due to the doctor's preferences even though this decision is based on a name and not a consult in person. While the office manager was apologetic and in agreement that the policies need to be reviewed and updated, I am skeptical that anything will change as the doctor chooses not to "treat male hair" and makes these decisions on assumptions. Those who might be seeking Gender Affirming Care beware and those who have Trans lvoed ones might want to shop elsewhere.

Been going to Dr Cavelli for over ten years for both medical and cosmetic visits. Always have had the greatest confidence in her. Her and her staff are awesome! Always make you feel comfortable and welcome. I look forward to visits!

Dr. Cavalli is thorough, kind, exceptionally skilled and simply the best. Even though I now live in Northern Vermont, I travel to see her. She caught my melanoma early and I have a confidence when I see her that I do not elsewhere.

Dr. Cavalli is a true artist. She is honest and has always done what is best for me.

My wife and I were very impressed with the excellent care we received by Dr. Cavalli and her staff. The office is beautiful and clean and everyone there clearly takes pride in a job well done. We felt very well cared for and heartily recommend this place!
