4 horas y aun estoy esperando? La de finanzas dice que nunca sabe si hay que pagar pagar y después de uno la confronta y así sabe los precios ??! Mal servicio

La Dra nunca da la cara. Después que pagas carísimos tus exámenes de Papanicolau y Ecosonograma, ellos te dicen que tienes que pagar una cita para que te den tus resultados. Tremenda ilegalidad y abuso con sus pacientes. Nada ético, nada profesional y nada humano. Esta es la 7ma vez que pido mis resultados y no me los entregan. Eviten esta falta de responsabilidad con los Pacientes. Ni se les ocurra ir a esta Dra.

Pésima atención maltrato falta de ética , de humanidad la atención y experiencia fue horrible no vuelvo nunca más se Demoraron 3 horas en atenderme y nunca apareció la Dra que tenía cit con ella

He esperado 3 horas para que me atiendan luego de que me anularan un apoiment anterior por llamar a tiempo para avisar de mi posible demora alegando que estaban con muchos pacientes cosa que no es real xq en el día de hoy asistí 10 min antes de mi cita por problemas familiares de internacion de un familiar y luego de 3 horas me atiende su enfermera para revisarme es una falta total de respeto hacia el paciente Pat terminar la historia después de las 3 horas no apareció la dra. y falta de humanidad no vuelvo nunca más

I have nothing bad to say about this Doctors office, very clean office and kind staff. Making appts has been easy and wait time has been minimal. The Nurse who examined me was very kind and had great bedside manner. I am pleased and would recommend.

Waiting time is a nightmare, between 3-4 hours. Barely see Dr. Garcia, instead you will always see Beatrice (midwife) excellent professional, the only one who truly cares there. Her staff never answers the phone, you can try at any time and you will never get a response. Left messages and they will get back to you, if they do 2 or 3 days later. Payments through insurance is always a disaster, most of the time they required you to pay cash. Last but not least, there are almost never follow ups. I definitely won't go there anymore.

Always verify your insurance coverage before visiting Dr Garcia office eventhough the office staff says yes at time of your appointment. I waited one hour for Dr office staff To inform me they no longer took my insurance Would have to pay out of pocket if decided to see Dr. lol

This office is the worst, they knew I was not being covered by my insurance and lied to me and said I was being covered with no problem, did a biopsy and saw me one more time, months later I receive a bill for $900.00 and they are washing there hands with my case. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE , very unhappy patient.

Untrustworthy and unethical billing practices. I absolutely do not recommend this doctor or her office. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had a procedure done and the day before they said I needed to put a deposit and told me it is just their procedure and that I would get my money back fast even when my insurance does not require it, 9 months later still have not recieved my deposit money even after my insurance paid. They said my insurance underpaid when they agreed to that amount. This is federal violation and I will definately make sure my insurance drops this office so it doesnt happen to anyone else. Its despicable that they want to accept tricare yet they dont agree with the amount paid they will make it the responsibility of the patient by not giving back the deposit, that is how they treat military families and veterans, horrible doctor office.
