TERRIBLE bedside manner which would be fine if she did her job - DID NOT review my husband's x ray ahead of appointment. Said that the x ray tech found something but she couldn't find it once she was looking so when I asked her to contact the tech to point it out she acted like I grew a second head. She refused to sign off on my husband's short term disability paperwork - all was needed was a signature because and I QUOTE 'I do not have time to do paperwork.' I said don't you have staff that can help you? She just stared at me and said no I don't. We were unable to get my husband's short term disability payments because she did not give one single flippity flip. She also wrote in my husband's record that WE were the difficult ones. Unbelievable. Do not see her. I hope she retires - I think she's too jaded and does not care about any of her patients.

Took my traumatic brain injured daughter with a fused neck with pain surrounding her backside, Dr Johnson was so flatlined, her manners were rude and brief on the MRI scans would not elaborate on any medical suggestions or knowledge on the benefit of her care routine would not even prescribe any topical cream! I felt very out of place and uncomfortable with her she was just so unprofessional not a good look for the carle family! Folks don’t waste your time

Does not listen to the patient’s needs and has no bedside manner. Father was referred to her for two cysts on his lower spine. Needed to know if they could be drained or if surgery was required. That was NOT discussed. Dr. Johnson had already decided shots were the cure. Tried to tell her shots weren’t an option due to dad being highly allergic to prednisone and cortisone. Her response was for him to see an Allergist before having the shots! Would NOT recommend this doctor!! We are looking for another doctor.

I have been very pleased with Doctor Johnson’s professionalism in dealing with my lower back pain. She has been very pleasant and informative.

She didn't act very caring, and now I think that my decision that was made was the wrong choice.

Waste of time and copay. Won't do any pain management (had to go through primary, though she didn't tell me that until my 3rd visit - I thought she was waiting on my MRI to make sure I wasn't a drug seeker). Doesn't actually prescribe anything or do surgery, just had to go through her to get PT and the spinal injection (by another doctor). When I came back because nothing helped and I needed surgery, she told me that the neurosurgeons won't operate on anyone with a BMI over 40 (mine is 42). No solutions offered, just suggested more PT (the physical therapist said there was no point in continuing). I had to demand the referral to neurosurgery, and I will just go on a starvation diet if I have to (I can't exercise due to pain). Awful bedside manner, which I wouldn't even care about if she could actually do anything to help.

She was great. She listened to everything I had to say. Even though she was running behind she still spent all the time she needed with me. She assessed my issues and did everything she needed to do even when it was not part of the appointment.

Was a complete waste of time! She had absolutely no answers to my problems & didn"t seem to care at all! my wait time in waiting room was longer than my visit! Extremely inconsiderate!!!!!

Please do not waste your time. Even in summarizing an MRI report Please do not waste your time. Even when she summarized my MRI report mistakes were made. Go see someone else.
