Dr. Victoria Ryvkin, MD

My life will never be the same after I let this lady convince me to remove my thyroid. Over a goiter that was benign. She told me I would feel 100% better and my graves disease would be gone. I am now experiencing extrem weight loss with the medication. At one point I didnt have insurance and couldn't afford the medication and she scolded me for not taking my meds and told me "its dirt cheap medication" and that I should be able to afford it. And that my weight loss concerns were "irrelevant" because I didnt come in to see her when it was happening while taking the medication. PLEASE do your own research and trust yourself before your put your trust in docters like this. I wish I would have seen a Nutritionist First!

Wow, just by the other reviews it’s clear this woman is in the wrong profession. She was rude and negligent with my grandma today and refused to do anything to treat her. She verbatim told her “You are old and uncomfortable and unfortunately you just have to accept that that is how it is”. I cannot IMAGINE getting older and being cast aside by an arrogant, know-it-all doctor as if there isn’t enough stress and pain in an elderly persons life. How dare she make my grandma feel so insignificant. And it seems that is her talent with all her patients. She seems to have no issue boasting all the talents she has, however bed side manner and basic human decency is not one of her skills. There is truly just no reason to treat people that way, especially as a care giver, and especially someone who is elderly. Shame on her. Do not see this woman. There are PLENTY of doctors out there.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Rivkin. She spent time to diagnosed and help me to understand my problems. She is smart and very nice. I would highly recommend her.

I recently had an appointment with Doctor Ryvkin and was impressed with her. Doctor spent time to evaluate me, diagnosed me, and explain my options. Dr.Ryvkin is very nice and respectable. I felt I matter; I felt she truly cares about me, not just my symptoms. I will recommend this doctor. I wish all doctors think about what is good for people they see, and not about ratings they may or may not get.

My visit to Dr. Ryvkin's office was my worst medical experience in my 44 years of life. Her bedside manner was very rude and I felt that I was bothering her.

She didn't seem interested in helping me with my concerns. She said she wanted to look at my blood results from another doctor that was taken a year before! Never followed up. I contacted the office several times and no response. I finally gave up! Would never go back.
