Often completely inappropriate. Seemed like she wasn’t even mentally competent to be working. Not just her voice but her overall thought process left me more than questioning if this woman should be giving anyone advice. Often would be short or go off on tangents. Could never get ahold of her so when I finally was able to schedule an appointment I was already frustrated. Then during the appointment she seemed distracted and sporadic. Extremely unorganized and left me feeling like she was mentally distracted and unable to focus on my care.I don’t recommend anyone see her. Maybe at one point she was a good psychologist but it is very clear that it is very past time for her to retire.

She was my Therapist at Daniel Freeman Hospital in Inglewood California, from 1992 to 1998. I was glad I walked in her Office, She was the best, a good Friend I will never Forget.Im now retired, living well with peace of mind..Thank You Doctor .. Wendell

Along with Dr Thoreson's twenty plus years of practice, her directed training in medical issues dealing with voice and hearing loss issues, made her the perfect therapist during my transition into bilateral hearing loss, etc. We have occasionally struggled with my deafness. I find her delicate use of voice and language at the heart of my successes.

Hi, Sorry about the creepy voice. I have what is called Spasmodic Dysphonia, a vocal cord issue. Some months you would never know that my speech is challenged, other months the voice treatment is less than helpful. You will find that it has little to do with my ability to work well with clients. Don't let a dissability block you from getting to know someone,

Trying to reach Victoria by phone and email was close to impossible. I emailed twice, left two vm. Left a brief description of what I wanted counseling for, asked about her fee and left the name of my insurance carrier. Just as I gave up, my cell phone finally rang, once, and the caller immediately hung up. I recognized the number and called it, Victoria answered. I introduced myself and mentioned her hanging up. She said nothing. Her voice was creepy and seemed like she was not of sound mind. She asked what location I was interested in, then asked who my insurance carrier was. Her voice was so creepy I ended up hanging up and blocked her number. It started feeling like those overseas scams and I was completely creeped out.
