Overall good experience each time I have visited and all of my questions were thoroughly answered... she is an excellent doctor!

I think she is what every patient expect from a doctor. Professionalism, bedside manners, reassuring and informative. She spends the time is needed to keep her patients well informed. I'm glad of having her as my PCP.

Dr. Wakeley seems to be more preocupied with her rating than her patients. She is quick to notice when you need to lose a few pounds, but does not seem to be aware when you've lost 20 lb!!! Also, she is very concerned about telling patients when they are considered (by Kaiser's powers-that-be) a "constant" no-show or late arriver. When I contacted Kaiser about how many times I had been a no-show or broken appointments in more than 10 years they stated that it has been twice!!!! Really?!?!?!

She is professional and her staff is courteous but I believe she has horrible bedside manner. I never feel she actually cares about me and when I express a concern or ask a question, she gives me an answer that reads as if it was a book without having a plan of action / solution. It never seems tailored to me personally nor that she cares at all. I've been sadly disappointed in my visits with her.

A real professional who knows how to do her job. She took the time to help me understand my condition, set a plan in motion for treatment, and followed up. I got the impression that she genuinely cares about her patients-

Businesslike but friendly "bedside manner". Was good about taking time to listen and ask questions.
