Dr. Vidhyalakshmi Venkata Koka, MD

I experienced possibly the worst health care ever at this office. There is a lack of listening, communication between staff and the least level of patient care. I presented with an issue and was completely ignored as the Nurse Practitioner continued with her clearly rehearsed agenda about everything but my concern. She ordered all kinds of procedures and test that had nothing to do with why I came to the office. It felt like because I presented with really good insurance, they were going to milk it for all they good get. I ended up going somewhere else and within 30 minutes had a diagnosis and began treatment. If you are looking for a health care team that listens and provides caring, quality care, I recommend you look elsewhere. I have switched doctors with my insurance and will be filing an official grievance with them.

Dr Koka is a great Doctor she has tremendous character to treat me with respect .

The dr I seen was dr Lisa she was great and she was very thural

Had to wait 1-2 months for appointments with referred specialists. But Dr. Koka herself is phenomenal- caring and very knowledgeable.

Only gave one star because half a star was not an option!

Staff constantly changes!! The staff young and rude!! THE MALE DR HORRIBLE. DR KOKA HORRIBLE. She is so busy and doesn't take time for her patients. Very hard to get a referral submitted. Prescriptions filled. Good luck getting them filled. Horrible office And staff
