I am very disappointed with my experience at this office. Following a full physical examination, I was prescribed a 90-day supply of cholesterol medication and believed refills had been provided for the year. When I later realized there were no refills, I contacted the office and was informed that a video or in-person visit would be required before a refill could be authorized. Due to my work schedule and the physician’s availability, I was unable to secure an appointment for several weeks. I requested a temporary 30-day supply to bridge the gap until my appointment, but this request was declined without consideration. In my experience as a patient, I have never encountered an office unwilling to provide a short-term refill for a chronic medication under these circumstances. This interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and lacked patient-centered care. As a result, I have lost confidence in this practice and will not be returning.
