Insurance fraud I brought my son there to get on Suboxone. She told me she did not take insurance I would have to pay cash can’t remember for sure the amount about 300 to 380 not sure. Ended up getting my insurance statement she also charge them for the visit . My question is why are you charging cash and charging the insurance company? I feel as if this was a legit establishment you would take insurance. Add stop double charging.

It is indeed an honor for me to write this review: Dr. Bethi and her staff are doing amazing work at the Clarksville Pain Clinic. Dr. Bethi is very compassionate about the quality of service she provides; she has a genuine concern for the well being of her patients, which is revealed in their ability to live without agonizing pain: her staff reflexes her commitment to excellence. DR. Bethi and her brother established and funds a school in India to help develop the educational needs of underprivileged children. In addition to the school in India and her profession as a Doctor; she is also a wife and mother and the absolutely the best pain manager in Clarksville. I just want to thank her for giving this old soldier his life back. A trillion starts is not enough for the quality of service I have received under her care. I would never go to anyone else but Dr Bethi.She treat you like a human being not anumber or just a patient.The staff is wonderful and friendly.

I have been reading some of these reviews and the way 'some' of the reviewers equate people in need of narcotics to being 'drug abusers' (or to quote one of them below 'go to rehab'. There was a time for MANY years that I 'looked down' on people not 'dying of cancer' as 'weak' for wanting or NEEDING narcotics. UNTIL I became very ill w/ immune system disorders that some of the side effects caused severe pain in the spine/joints along with severe muscle spams. A gentle turn of body while sleeping causing waking up screaming in pain. After much PT/etc. I knew my NEW life was to CONTROL the pain as much as I could with the help of a CARING (AND NOT JUDGMENTAL) doctor. I WELCOME trigger point injections, and YES, I gladly 'pee in a cup' to obey the laws. I take narcotics and I will NEVER 'look down upon' or make fun of HUMANS who suffer so badly that try to just LIVE a life that is NOT normal again, BUT not sobbing in pain when there are meds to HELP them. I guarantee you ANY SINGLE… ONE OF YOU or ANY medical professional if made to live in a suffering HUMAN's body for ONE month would STOP treating suffering HUMANS like they are worthless and 'drug addicts' when the patient sobs at home even WITH the shots and meds. I SO hope more medical professionals get to KNOW the patients that have tried everything and the ONLY help they get that works is TENS units, trigger point injections, AND yes, narcotics. Are their patients who 'abuse' meds? Of course! BUT ... that is NOT okay to lump ALL suffering humans into a 'group'. To any human in my life that I felt like I was 'better' than you due not 'needing' narcotics to even have a 1/4 normal life, I totally apologize. WALK A MILE IN SOMEONE'S SHOES BEFORE YOU JUDGE THEM. Doctors can sometimes be so rude and CRUEL to not care.. I hope NONE of you every experience what a lot of us have to suffer through. I have been blessed with a very caring and knowledgeable team to care for me. I wish that for ALL of you who truly suffer.

she would not let you have a pain treatment and get a prescription on the same day. She made you make 2 different appointments so you would have to pay twice where every other doctor I have been to schedule do both at the same time. The prescription would be for daily meds, while the other appointment would be for an injection. She did this for more than 2 years until I got tired of her fraudulent actions.

Dr. Bethai has a Wonderful Bedside manner. she is a very caring doctor. her intellagance in the medical industry is phenominum. I would recommend anyone who is in chronic pain to see out this Doctor, her ability to locate and treat your pain is like second nature to her.

I really don't understand why some people come on here and write a bad review for this Dr. I read several reviews, mostly bad, before I went to her today, and was expecting something bad, but it was just the opposite. When I arrived at her office, I was greeted by three people at the front desk that all said goodmorning and how are you today. I was given my paperwork to complete and yes, a pee cup, for a urine sample. We ARE talking about a pain clinic, so yes, I would expect her to drug test. DUH!! I went back to the exam room, after a 10-15 min wait time. The doctor came in within 15 mins to the exam room. She explained to me that she was going to do everything she could to help me with the pain in my upper, mid and lower back. She was pleasant and made me feel at ease. She did not and I stress did not push pain meds on me. She was looking for better ways to help me than pain meds. She took her time, answered my questions and made me feel very confidant that she had my best… interest in mind and at heart. She is a very compassionate, caring woman and doctor. She did not try to throw a prescription for pain meds at me and send me out the door. She was very thorough and told me that she would like for me to have an MRI before she went any further. In fact she stated that she DID NOT WANT me for a FOREVER PATIENT, someone that had to depend on pain meds for the rest of my life. So for those of you that say she is only interested in money, you are wrong. I would say that anyone that gets upset with the doctor goes into that office SEEKING PAIN MEDS and she knows what you are up to and she refused to write the prescriptions and you get upset with her and then go back home and write a bad review. If you are a DOPE SEEKER, you need to bypass this doctor, because she will help you, but she will help you in a way that will be for your own good and help you have a good life, with as little pain as possible, WITH LITTLE OR NO DRUGS!! Don't go into her office expecting her to just grab that pad and start writing prescriptions. You are wasting your time, and hers and taking up appointment time from someone that really wants help and not just DOPE!! GET INTO REHAB and stop writing bad reviews for this doctor.!!

I seen this doctor for over a year, she over charges and is more concerned about the money then your health and welfare. Every visit Dr. Bethi requires you to take a drug test, no big deal there until I scanned the cups provided with the test strips with my smartphone and they sell online for $14.00 and provide instant results; however she charges your insurance $300.00 for each test. Well, it very well may have cost much more many years back when they used to have to send them out to a lab. This is just one example, another one is frequent rescheduling of appointments which will throw your pain management medication off track and leave you high and dry by running out of meds before she can see you again. You will spend most of your time with her staff and then sit in a little exam room for 15, 30, 45 minutes to over and hour waiting for her to come chat with you for five minutes or so, mainly about her personal life, her family or last or up coming vacation back home to… india. I stuck with her longer than I should have, just to give her a fair shot at helping me, (thinking it may take some time for her to track down the source cause of the pain, but that never happened, and she only just gave me more or different drugs. I am now in worst shape then when I started working with her. Usually, a doctors office is no better than the staff rep. who signs you in, and it always seems to be someone new and the recption counter staff never seems to stay to long, and I never seen even one male staff member; which is not a big deal, but maybe an indicater of just one type of discrimination. There is much more I could say, especially when it comes to billing and ever changing costs of co-pays. However, I believe you can extract from this review what you can expect, especially if your not one of her favorite customers. I have seen different people treated in many different ways, and her quality of care should not be based on if she likes you or not ... oh, and someone should tell her that her glasses are usually around 45 degrees from level across her eyes. Not meant as a cheap shot, just figured if your not aware of the end state of something on your own face, then how can you be expected to discover the source cause of someones pain, and most of us know that real pain is no joke. Never had a major disagreement with her, or an axe to grind ... just thought being such a small community, you should have an idea of what to look out for ahead of time and then make your own judgement. Be prepared to not have any of your pain issues addressed, you coyld uear her gossipping with staff about patients. Does not remember one visit to next and DOES not listen, spends most apt trying to accuse pain patients of either being drug dealers or abusers, her answer to everything is the shots, she will be nice and accomedating as long as your getting an mm overdose of steroid shots, double bills insuranxe and for services not received, pushes shots even if they are a hazard to ones health. Very rude and accusatory, no compassion, unless she is able to bill massive amounts of weekly shots, does not believe true pain mgt, she was happily writing prescriptions galore to one patient, when asked how many times a week she gets.shots she said 2x, said shes gained 100lbs and shots made her sick but dr bethi only listens and address pain if you get massive steroids, she also said uses.pain medication as a tool to belittle patients, says you take the abuse or do not get treatment,… threatens patients if they try to find another doctor she will say they are drug seekers, this woman should not be in the practice, avpid this place at all cost!
