I was a patient since 2021 where Viet hadn’t made a single recommendation or done anything positive to help my diabetes. Other than collect money, she offered zero medical help. When ever you need your prescription rewritten she makes you pay to see her to have it written. When you ask for it to be sent to a pharmacy once you pay them money, they make you look up all the pharmacy details because they don’t have time after collecting your money with zero services offered in return. An absolutely atrocious representation of everything wrong with our medical industry. Leach for money instead of helping people.

She was very attentive and partnered with me to make decisions regarding my care. I felt cared for and heard. She was knowledgeable about my condition, offered options for me, and helped me understand the health care system.
