He was very helpful in answering our questions and addressing our concerns. He was very thorough with the information he provided.

My worst patient experience with a physician ever in my life. He refuses to acknowledge treatment history recommended from UW Madison that has served me well for 13 years. He refused to allow me to continue with my prescription for thyroid medication, sending me into a tailspin of health issues. Avoid this man at all cost.

Some physicians should pursue an academic/research role in medicine as there is no need for interface soft skills. My third interaction with Dr. Eranki solidifies my initial impression. Dr. Eranki seems to struggle with patient / physician interface. Possibly working in an academic/research role the Doctor would communicate with peers at his intellectual level.

THIS doctor can not answer questions; staff can not return phone calls and I'm still waiting after a week of leaving messages. Why is that? Too many patients? Unconcerned about assisting those who ask for help? NORTHWESTERN needs to bring in many more doctors to McHenry County as these endocrinologists are very poorly trained, don't listen and rely on kissing women's hands and a smile to get them their nice cars. ENOUGH. GO ELSE WHERE...

I have lived with Hypothyroidism for 36 years, my thyroid grand does not work at all. Dr Eranki was abrupt, and had no concern about anything I said. He rushed thur my appointment and left me crying in the room obviously upset without ever acknowledging my feelings. I will NEVER go back to this doctor or any doctor that practices with him again.
