Dr Nath was accurate in his diagnosis, willing to listen, and works well with other docs when necessary. He was a life saver when my husband was hospitalized. He is a treasure.

I have been seeing Dr. Nath for four years now. I am in Stage 3a CKD and have been stable all this time. He is always available to answer my questions and concerns.My other doctors are with Wellstar and I was afraid that Dr. Nath could not see my lab work or the summaries from my visits with them. Great news is that he can view all of my doctors visits and labs and they communicate with each other! Now a days, some of the articles that I read about CKD, I can't tell if it is AI or real! Dr. Nath gives me scientific credentials and advises me, leaving me to decide. Best thing is that I trust him with my care.

Dr. Nath has guided me for years with Kidney concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and balances that knowledge with patient concerns. That balance is done with a high degree of respect to every person present in the examining room. I highly value his advice and expertise.

First, to put my review in context, I am a CKD/ESRD patient. So for me, it's not a visit, or something gone in a few months. It's a journey. We don't just need a doctor, we need a long-term partner. Some of these comments are very unfair. Patient/doctor is a relationship, a partnership. Like any relationship it takes both parties and open honest communication. Dr. Nath offers that with great empathy and compassion, but he won't force it on anyone. I respect that. He treats a serious disease that can be fatal. That's a lot for a patient to digest. Adjusting covers a full range of emotions. it's almost a grieving process, that I think he respects and understands. He explains things with as much clarity as we ask for. He has never failed to help me understand. He gives us time to learn and consider and decide what kind of relationship we want. That restores our agency in the face of fear and uncertainty. I am skeptical of everything in Big Medicine. I question everything. I research.… I'd build arguments and counter arguments. It takes a lot for me to trust a doctor. They hold my life in their hands. He's one of two people I will never lie to, exaggerate, or diminish. The other is my lawyer. It took me a minute, I admit, but he is one of the easiest people to talk to, that you will ever meet. I could not recommend him more highly, although I am still very skeptical of the entire nephrology industry. It needs some serious work to restore patient confidence. Dr. Nath is a rare gem in the industry. He instills confidence in patients, inspiring us to do better, restoring the agency and control that we feel like we're losing when our own body betrays us. In my opinion, that is a remarkable human being. My jury is still out on their antiquated portal, and I can only give the staff as a whole four stars. But five to the lab. All of these months and only one bad stick. Batting almost a thousand for a lab isn't bad!!

Dr. Nath’s expertise in his area is top notch. Of course, doctor appointments require true collaboration and this works well with Dr. Nath. He comes prepared and I come with my list of concerns/ questions.

He gave me wrong medications that were doing more damage to me and has the nerve to say it's my fault for not telling him F.Y.I I'm not a doctor how would i know its harming me. He loves swearing and doesn't care how you feel.

The best doctor!

He does not listen to patients or there concerns. He bases everything off test not how you feel or what your problems are! Worst dr I have ever had!! It takes 6 months to get a office visit!
