Dr. Vijay Samuel, MD

The front desk staff is incompetent. They are not very helpful and don't appear knowledgeable enough to answer questions and dishonest when questioned . They repeatedly don't call over prescriptions. Will be searching for a new doctor seeing how he doesn't appear to use good judgement in hiring competent staff people.

Double charges then harasses you for over half a decade, despite it being cleared up. Horrific wait times too.

Kind and caring. Very thorough and knowledgeable

Never in a hurry during the office visit. Willing to answer any and all questions. Keeps my up to date on newest medications available and promising research.

Dr. Samuel is Knowledgeable and very accurate when treating your paticular diesese. I became a patient in early March, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Samuel and his staff. It feels good to have a doctor who cares and knows how to treat whatever ailment you may have.

You might have to wiat for a while to see him, but he is a very intelligent doctor. He patiently listen to you, and gives you answers to your questions. He is very kind and caring.

Once he actually gets in the room he is fantastic! BUT, you wait in the waiting room for over an hour, then wait an additional 20-30 minutes once you are in the room! They book multiple appts at the same time, knowing he takes a long time with each patient. Very, very inconsiderate of the patient's time.

Dr. Samuel treats the person not just the patient.
