I have never visited to this doctor, i called for an appointment for my son's health check up, the first thin they asked me is which insurance i am holding instead of asking about the problem my son is facing. Very dis graceful, will never visit this kind of doctors in my life, i dropped my plan visiting this doctor. I do not understand how insurance will treat my son's health. Grow up not just studying medicine is important,understand why you studied medicine. If you want to earn money, there are many business, you can opt. I know these words are harsh but this is what i got from my phone call to you.

They need 1. improve time management 2. a few more people on staff3. Stop being Cheap4. start being helpful on phone, sometime visits are totally unnecessary, time wasting (may be money making for them, should I use work GREEDY for them ?)
