Dr. Vijayanarayana Rao Jampala, MD

I was nervous about my first visit but I am extremely hopeful now. He was the perfect combination of professional and compassionate. I didn't have a long wait, he took time to listen when I answered questions and was just very nice. I'm so glad I got in to see him.

The only time I went to him was enought to know my dog is smarter

Soon as I try to talk he writes a prescription and walks out I want answers I want a diagnosis. He is very friendly but I dont need a friend I need a doctor he gave me a medication and my insurance needed a written statement from him before they would cover it and he told me he doesn't do that so I'm not exactly sure what he does .

Over 7 years, absolute best doctor. He does listen. He cares.

My expectations were met. I have my questions ready and he is patient in answering each one. My own schedule is somewhat chaotic and I often have to reschedule appointments. His staff is always pleasent in accommodating me.

Lack of empathy. He also did not listen to me at all, so I ended up so sick I had to seek hospital treatment. He needs to go back to school and quit trying to just get people's money. I thought doctors took an oath to help people..

Dr. Jampala is a very caring doctor. He is good at explaining why a particular treatment or medication is prescribed and follows up at next appointment to verify success or if modication to treatment plan is needed. I like that appointments run on schedule and enough time is planned for a true visit, not being rushed in and out.
