Incompetent office. Multiple HIPAA violations. I finally had to leave after 2 hours. At 4pm Dr B hadn’t even taken the 1:30 appt back. I left and called to reschedule. They canceled my daughter as a patient. I was polite the entire time and let them know I was leaving. They charged for the visit as well. I will be reporting this higher.

Average wait time is between 2 to 3 hours. Face time with him is 10-15 minutes. He spends a lot of that time on personal anecdotes. It is clear he does not reviews the charts before the appointment. His office is very slow to respond to messages if at all. Refilling prescriptions takes several phone calls from patient and pharmacy. The office is swamped and is not able to prioritize the patients.

Does not seem to genuinely care for his own patients. Seems to be discharge happy. Very nasty staff including "Pat" who is the lady that runs the office.

Not a very good experience. Did not listen to the patient. Did not address the real questions or the overall problem. The answer did not coincide with anticipated response. The doctors answer to a yes or no question was to prescribe a medication. This medication is not approved for the use he prescribed.If you are truly looking for help it would be difficult to find here.
