Dr. Dhas was very professional and understanding while I explained my issue. She asked me the right questions and told me what's going to happen in terms of lab results and meds. She explained the immediate treatment and how long I take the meds after leaving urgent care. Dr. Dhas, if you read this- thank you for listening to my issue and providing the current treatment for me to get better.

Poor assessment skills (if any), refused to listen to what I was saying, probed me with questions, expressed she had a "set number of individuals to give antibiotics to and I have to choose wisely", inappropriate, rude and disrespectful.

I went to urgent care on sunday (3.24.19) for my left arm pain for last 3 days, followed by chest pain. She didn't listen to me properly, i had pain below shoulder, but she said its shoulder bursitis and was asking me that what i have done continuously with my left hand (something heavy pulling or exercise). I confidently told he i have done nothing such, but her suggestion was to go home and think. this is why she thinks i came in an urgent care of sunday spending more money?? she also didn't pay attention to a single word what my husband was telling her at that time. She also didn't check my hand properly and said "its better i should avoid touching to diagnose where is the pain actually, as you have a lot of pain already, that can become worse for my touching." this kind of irresponsible and unsure activity and behaviour i never saw before from a doctor!! I have just wasted my money today in urgent care as she was the doctor there today!!!
