Dr. Vikas Vinod Desai, MD

Dr Desai and his staff are wonderful and polite. When I got Medicare part C they told me I couldn't use his office I went to Dr Muhammad on 3rd avenue. Had a 10 o'clock appointment and got upset that it was 1.30 asked what's going on on was told there where 3 more people ahead of me. When I was in the room. Almost passed out fell towards the wall. And the Dr there said he was going to call the police on me. Walked out. Called Medicare. Told them what happened. And asked why I couldn't see Dr Desai. They said Id have to pay a 25 dollar copay. I called made an appointment went there and was taking right away. Happy I'm back at his office

Dr desai is amazing good bed manor MA are amazing I felt so good going there. But when it comes to the front desk the receptionist are horrible with bad side manners If it wasn't for the doctor and the MA I wouldn’t return back. The front desk is the important of an office when someone walk in.

Had blood work 10 days ok as of day 9 the dr had the results on the desk .left two more messages today and no response.

My boyfriend had been going to Maccone for 12++ years and then Desai and onal took over. We started going there for check ups and routine matters some back issues I was referred to pain management. My boyfriend broke his leg six months ago and he called today to see the doctor because he's not feeling well and dawn the "office manager" refuses his appointment telling him to go to his orthopedist !!!!! Who is she!!! She has NO PhD!!! She has been repeatedly nasty where I have already stopped going there and after speaking with them, several hang ups on us I am reporting them to the health board! How can an office manager refuse to see a patient!!!! Stay away!!!

Excellent doctor, works efficiently and takes as much time as you need. Despite being busy he has always made himself to me. Would recommend him unconditionally

Had a great experience with Dr. Desai. He listened to my concerns and took his time explaining everything to me to let me feel at ease. Highly recommend.

I came to the office recently and met Dr Desai he is an incredibly patient and knowledgable Doctor and immediatly put me at ease not only will I return to his office I will look forward to it and recomend him to my family Thank you Dr Desai

Honestly don't know what to say except very strange man. Won't be going back.

Dr. Desai is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I know. He is always able to see me on time and is readily available. He is thourough, kind and caring. Would not hesitate reccomending his practice to anyone
