I searched for help to overcome a 35 year fear of flying. I wanted to go to Disney with my great-niece and nephew. I began working with Vikki all most a year before the trip. Her years of experience with being a flight attendant was one of the reasons I decided to work with her. I had sworn off therapy many years ago. That changed shortly after a few sessions with Vikki. Her dedication, compassion, and ability to express to me, that I was not alone in feeling whatever emotions/fears I have. Vikki has many tools to offer. I got on a plane with two other fearful flyers and Vikki to NYC. I did go to Disney, and then Nashville, and then Covid came. I will continue my work/therapy with Vikki. Most of all I thank her for helping me to see the pure joy on the faces of my niece and nephew.

Prepare to waste years of your life 'talking' away your anxiety and depression with this 'anxiety specialist'. This person has no greater insight whatsoever into the cause or treatment of anxiety and depression than the average person. How and why the 'talk therapy' profession continues to exist is a mystery and testament to the insanity and incompetence inherent in 'modern' healthcare. Please save yourself the meaningless guilt and ridicule from working with this person and seek 'alternative' medicine.
