Dr. Vikram Dayal, MD

I just left the office of Dr Dayal and Alice. Once again I leave feeling comfortable about my visit. With many health issues I must check in every other month unless something unusual happens. I usually see Alice, but Dr Dayal always makes the time and effort to say hello and see how things are going. They both know my medical needs. Both have always given me their best. . I am never rushed and always leave with a full understanding about my visit. I consider them friends as well as physicians. I trust them 100%.

Dr. Dayal was our family physician for more than 20 years. He was always knowledgeable, caring, and gave us the time needed to ensure proper care. Our 28 year old son still talks about Dr. Dayal. If you want excellence call Dr. Dayal. We no longer live in the area so we can no longer utilize his services. Thank you doc for being so wonderful to the Zmarzly family!!

Dr Dayal has been our Primary Physician upwards of 30 some years with the emphasis on Primary. He has tended to my 90 some year old father with the same unwavering compassionate intelligence as our youngest grandchild.

I had a mark on my neck, and a friend told me I should see a doctor about it. I didn't think it was important, but I had an appt. scheduled with Dr. Dayal in a few days about something else, so while I was there, I asked him about it. And Whoa! He was very concerned about it. He said he didn't like the looks of it at all and referred me to a dermatologist. I went, had a biopsy done, and YUP --- it was a cancerous melanoma. They removed it and scheduled me for a follow up, which fortunately went well. I really think I dodged a bullet on that one, and it is Dr. Dayal who deserves the credit. Without his expertise, I would still be walking around with melanoma. I will always be grateful for that. I recommend Dr. Dayal very highly.

I have been going to Dr. Dayal for 25 plus years. He was the PCP for my children. As adults my sons stayed with his practice until married. I have been with Alice from the time she joined Dr Dayal. I only hope they continue for a very long time. Both are caring and listen to what I’m saying with out interrupting. They both spend time with you as needed. His staff has been friendly. I am made to feel like family. The office is run with professionalism. Before I leave they confirm I understand what the appointment was about with kindness. In my 50's, when i was having dizzy spells and nausea, I visited many ENT specialists, Dr Dayal diagnosed me with Meniere's Disease. He was able to treat me successfully. When I was in my 60's, I was having difficulty swallowing, neck weakness and facial ticks, once again I visited many neurologists and ENT's. I had Apnea tests, and every test they could think of but no one could understand what was happening. He diagnosed me with Myasthenia gravis and was able to get me proper treatment. He spends the time to understand what is really going on with you. I feel lucky to have had access to such a caring doctor.

I highly recommended Dr.Dayal, he gives you his undivided attention, always answers my questions, explains everything, gives out educational materials, samples meds if available, as well as having a lab in his office. He is compassionate, well spoken, easy to understand, willing to go the extra mile for your health care needs. His staff is also friendly, accommodating and willing to help.

I came to know Dr. Dayal in 2009 when my mother in law had to see him for shingles treatment. one of finest humble and informed person I ever meet. we have to drive 45 minutes to his office which is well worth. I highly recommend his services

Dr. Dayal has been the most empathetic caring docter I have been to. He treats the whole person with respect,realizing we are body,mind and spirit and includes our outer influences stresses that affects health,wellbeing . HE TREATS THE WHOLE PERSON, AND FOR THAT I APPRECIATE ALL HE IS AS A PHYSICIAN AND HOPE HE IS HERE for a long time to continue serving our town.

Let me start by saying I am a Doctor's Daughter and know what to look for when searching for a Doctor for myself and family. Dr. Dayal has been my Doctor and my childrens since he came to WV. He has always been there for us. He listens to what we have to say, which is a great attribute to have. Because of this he has been able diagnose and treat any problems we have had with professional and knowledgeable ease. He is also a very graciuos and courteous gentleman. I feel very blessed to have Dr. Dayal in my life.
