Dr. Viktor Vassilev Hinov, MD

I liked that he does not run any unnecessary tests. he also does very well with communicating with you with what is wrong he doesn't spend any time fluffing about the conditions that you have

I just wanted to say thank you to Dr hinov for helping me so much I have been going to him for a drug addiction. I didn't know what to do about it and with his help I am now winning my addiction battle and I can see and focus on the good things in my life that I hadn't been able to do in a long time . thank you again Dr hinov and your wonderful nurses.

i will never go back

I have had four visits to this physician. Each was aweful. The most recent time, I was literally asking a question and had a very, very confused look on my face while he shut the door and left. He put me on a medication at my third appointment. On fourth visit, I told him that it was A)ineffective and problem persists, B)had very bad side effects and I had quit taking the medicine a few days prior because I couldn't handle the side effects. He told me to take half the dose. I mentioned that it had not helped the symptoms at all, and he said it takes 30-45 days. I had taken for 40 days. I asked to trya new one and he said "just take the medicine". I then brought up that Ihad "tics":involuntary movements. He said, "take the medicine". The medicine was zoloft-an anti-depressant used to treat my depression/anxiety. Zoloft has nothing to do with tics, but he said take the medicine. I then asked, "well, I have taken medicine in the past called "xxx" and it worked. But I can't handle… these tics for another 30 days until our next appointment" he said "oatience, just take the medicine okay? Talk me next appointment" and literally shut the door and was gone. I felt aweul. This docot did not help at all, and I ended up changing doctors. My new doctor is much, much better. I would highly recommend loking for another doctor. He speaks broken english and does not care about patients at all. I have another family member who had Dr Hinov tell him that he had a problem that would never get better and said things very, very disturbing to me. I almost didn't even elieve it because I have never heard a doctor say things inthis manner before. Part of the conversation went, "I oculd prescribe you this pain medicine substitution for your addiction, but you will continue to relapse and it willjust be a legal high for you. There is not much hope for people like you"

sometimes he comes across as a good doctor and then the next apt., he is a completly different doctor, doesn't remember what your being seen for,he trie to shedule for all sorts of things you dont need to be treated for and put you on new medications, he must get something for every new script he writes, wanted me have all these medical test, i told him he is not my family doctor and i dont need a family doctor, i go to him only for my suboxone, i will never ever go to him again

If your looking to score some pain meds, look elsewhere. If you are interested in a doctor who keeps up with whats going on with you he's your man.Dr. Hinov may "at first" seem rude, brash or rushed, if you say "hey man" listen to me, hes All There - and he does actually stop. There is a fine line between spending too long and making patients wait and listening correctly. Dr. Hinov recognizes this so just stop him and he will slow down.Patients have to take responsibility for speaking up!

Behave as a Russian spy, INTIMIDATES!!!!Stay away!!!!!

Dr Hinov has absolutely no people skills and no listening skills as well. Extremely brash and rude with an overall unwillingness to help someone in need.
