I appreciated the professional and great attention I received when I walk into my appointment. All of the staff, nurse are very helpful and friendly. I thoroughly appreciate Dr. Monroe's expertise; I appreciate how she talks to me. She uses my charts and background information to make me feel comfortable enough to always ask her questions about my health

After a 2 minute wait with no explanation, she told me she was reading my chart. I told her she should have done so earlier. She brought up my meds for sleep and anxiety which I have been on for 10 years no problems. She said she would not order them without knowing me at all.would not discuss it or my medical problems told me to find another doctor.I had another doctor for 4cyearsxwho had no problem with said meds. During a pandemic not a lot of choices.
