I've only been seeing Dr Ball for few months but I can say she's absolutely the best. She's very easy to talk to. I am not a person that likes to share but it's just so effortless and she has helped me open up so much. I highly recommend her.

I feel so fortunate to have found Dr.Ball. I initially started therapy to learn how to cope with a relationship that had become very toxic due to an addiction and verbal abuse. Dr. Ball’s approach is multi-faceted. Initially, she helped me learn skills to manage stress as well as to identify what behaviors were contributing to a co-dependent relationship. She helped me understand why an individual reverts to abusive behavior and what I could do to avoid exacerbating the interactions. By understanding the gap between the emotional and rational minds, I was able to learn techniques that helped us both get closer to the “sweet spot” where the emotional and rational minds intersect. I always leave our sessions feeling strong and well-prepared to address the day-to-day issues as well as prepared with a longer-term strategy that addresses what I can do if the abusive behavior continues or worsens. She is motivating, inspirational and insightful. Most important, Dr. Ball is helping me… to be able to manage independently so that at some point in the future, I will be able to manage my situation on my own. Dr.. Ball has my highest recommendation.
