Dr. Vince Jason Lai, MD

I have a rotator cuff injury and Dr. Lai performed my surgery. He has taken time to discuss all of the details that went into the surgery. I never feel rushed through my appointments because I know Dr. Lai wants to take the time to hear my concerns and make the correct decisions when it comes to my care. I highly recommend Dr. Lai and feel confident that he will do his absolute best to make sure I'm fully healed.

Dr. Lai did not take the appropriate amount of time to properly assess my condition. He showed little interest in helping me which led to a treatment that did not help. Made a follow up appointment with another doctor at the same practice (Dr. Burns) and everything went well and he got to the root of the problem. My advise to Dr. Lai which is a relatively new doctor would be to make your patients feel valued by taking the time to listen to what they are saying. As it turns out, I need knee surgery and there is NO WAY I would even consider letting Dr. Lai do it.
