Dr. Vince Nasario Montes, MD

I have used two other providers that were excellent in this Western Washington Medical group. This office is different. Dr. Montes and the staff I dealt with seem inconvenienced by patients. In my recent experience Dr. Montes has been a very condescending dismissive doctor who answers nearly every question with, "You don't need to worry about that" or "That's not how it works" without any further explanation. Best yet his, "you need to talk to your primary care physician" regarding out of parameter test results that HE ordered. The result of this style is keeping the patient from having a foundational understanding and ownership in their healthcare. I have already found another provider who immediately answered my 30 second question (that I've been waiting for three weeks for a callback from Dr Montes'office for). If I were stakeholder in Western Washington Medical Group I would ask this office to have a "Re conversation". "Re"commit to patient care or "re"tire. I should have… heeded the other reviews.
