Dr. Vincent Joseph Bennett, MD

Dr Bennett is a wonderful doctor; very knowledgeable & compassionate. He is sincere and shows empathy, concern, & a great sense of humor. His staff, on the other hand, are often rude, condescending, & argumentative; they have thwarted my every attempt to make an appt to see the doctor by asking me the reason for my request & then telling me "we'll just speed things up by cutting out the middle-man and refer you directly to a specialist." I have no way of knowing if my complaints or concerns have ever reached my doctor's ears. I few days ago I got a notice from my insurance company that my doctor's clinic has dropped me as a patient. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the doctor didn't know anything about it. I am conflicted on how exactly to rate the care I was provided at this clinic; Dr Bennett and his PA would certainly garner 5 golden stars all by themselves; but factor in the rudeness, condescension & lack of cooperation of his office staff & they add negative red stars. Dr… Bennett, you are a great doctor. I was so happy to have found you. Sadly, I have no other way of communicating with you. But if you are reading this, please have a long talk with your office staff. They are hurting your practice. I have sat in your lobby and heard those young ladies speak unprofessionally to your patients, not just me.

Waited 2 months to see Dr Bennet and I was seen by a Physicians Assistant. I mean a first time patient waiting and not even seeing the actual Primary Doctor.

Dr is great, but the front office staff leave a lot to be desired.

The nicest people ive ever met. Got me an appointment the day after i called them and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and give me the information needsd.

Excellent care, compassionsnate as well.
