Dr. Vincent J Frazzetto

This dental specialist is terrible. I sat in his chair for a multi-part root canal in pain. He bears down on the jaw, which made me leave with a migraine each time. I cried in his chair several times. It cost me almost $800 initially for this painful dental work, only to be told two months later I owed another $100, because that was “just an estimate”. I told my dentist that referred him to me that he was equivalent to the dentist in little shop of horrors. Since my insurance was maxed, I had to pay all this money to Dr. Frazzetto for nothing but pain. He told me he couldn’t even finish one of the canals because I jumped too much when he got near the root. So he didn’t even finish the work. I’m disgusted! Save your money and go somewhere else. He goes from room to room, keeps telling you to “open wide” while pressing down on your jaw, and disregards you when you try and speak up and say he’s hurting you. His patients are not the priority. I sat there for 2hrs each of the 3-4 times for… this one root canal. Unbelievable.

I saw Dr. Frazzetto for an emergency root canal. I found him to be very gentle and understanding of my problem. His staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend him highly!!

The worst dentist I've been to in my life. I waited 45 min. in the waiting room before being called into the dental room. Once seated I waited 1hr and 45 min. while he worked on two other patients. When he was finally ready to work on me I questioned him about the inordinate amount of time I waited to be worked on at which point he became very defensive and abusive. I informed him not to start the work as I was leaving and going to another dentist. As I got out of the chair and started walking toward the waiting room he followed me down the hall making comments behind my back. As I entered the waiting room (which was filled to capacity as he apparently overbooks) the diatribe continued. The unprofessional and embarrassing manner in which he acted was inexcusable.

I got an appointment in 2 days. I was very nervous and he was reassuring through out the procedure. He helped me through the process after I chicken out 2 times.

Dr. Frazzetto and staff were amazing. They made me feel extremely comfortable as I get very nervous having to get dental procedures. They explained thoroughly what the procedure entailed. Dr. Frazzetto has great bedside manner as I felt very at ease through out my visit. I highly recommend him, he is a great endodontist

After draping the tooth, then starting the procedure the dentist would disappear into the next room, the pain was excruciating but the assistant never looked up from her phone to see the pain on my face and I couldn't speak. Does not use enough anesthetic. Terrible bed side manor and assembly line. He has a small window he passes the machine through to work on two patients at once.
