I called the office as a new patient and a very rude girl answered. She was totally nasty to me during our conversation and I decide to go elsewhere. Not a way to talk to an incoming patient.

I have to say that the office is somewhat nice but the staff lacks in professionalism. Front desk is nasty and has always been nasty. Hygienist Rosie today was not great and it’s te for a change dental wise.

So yesterday I had an appointment and immediately noticed no temperatures were being taken. Isnt that a protocol? No masks no gowns no hairnets no face shields. Patients all over with no restrictions and this concerned me huge. They aren’t taking the proper precautions and most of all no partitions around the front desk. Poor yet it was extremely busy with way more people in the office that is allowed. Follow the guide lines to keep us all safe. Will report and won’t be back

Very disappointed in this dental office. I needed a 2nd crown in 2 months and had to cancel my appointment the day being fitted for a new crown. I had a Shingles Vaccination on Sunday afternoon from Walgreens and woke up with extreme body pains/ aches/ fever Sunday at 2:00 am. When I called the Jupiter Dental to reschedule due to feeling sick. They told me I would be charged a $50 cancellation fee. I had never been told about their policy before and asked for an exception- they said NO- So now I will find another Dentist. This practice made more then enough profit on my last crown and would have again on this crown- but chose to lose me as a patient over $50.

Dr. Guerra and his staff are all very professional, friendly and great at every aspect of dentistry. I would absolutely recommend Jupiter Dental for all your dentistry needs

I travel 45 minutes to see dr Guerra,it is well worth it he is by far the best dentist I ever had,he is very knowledgeable and kind.I would recommend him to anyone you will thank me he is the best Arty green

When I decided to see another dentist who charged me $1200 less for a crown and abutment, this doctor who had been my dentist for a number of years took it personally and refused to see me for a routine cleaning. Although I have no criticism for the routine services he provided, I guess for him as well as for me, it was all about the money. Be prepared to pay for the service they render before you leave the office.

Went to the dentist for 3 years. Had to have two crowns made by him. Process sounded good at the time: Everything done in his office same day. Problem is the crown he made did not fit properly: The margins/gaps were too big. The remaining tooth underneath decayed. Had to have tooth pulled and a bridge put in. This was within 2 years. New dentist stated caused by bad crown. DO NOT HAVE HIM MAKE YOU CROWN. Would never go back to him. He did not even have the guts to respond to my letter to him regarding this. Will be filing a malpractice suit.
