Dr. Vincent Robert Iannelli, MD

It became crystal clear to our family that he doesn’t listen and HE doesn’t care. He insisted we vaccinate even after our son had a near death reaction. NO THANKS !

We left pediatrics of Dallas because the doctors didn’t listen to our concerns which ended up resulting in one of our twins being in the ER. We made the switch to Dr Ianelli and we love him. Takes our concerns as new parents and talks them out with us and checks our kids for any new thing they have. He’s nice, understanding, and great with the kids. Always takes his time with them.

The Front Office Staff are rude and insensitive. The staff talk about private patient information out loud in the front office area. The nurses do not call back in a timely manner with patient information.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Iannelli since he was born. We like the practice and the nursing staff. My husband and I have felt that the Dr. does not listen to our concerns and does not answer the questions we ask. He spends little time talking to us or asking us key developmental questions reguarding the growth of our son. We are currently seeking a new pediatritian in the area.

I have seen Dr. Iannelli for years. My children are 19,17 &8 yrs. My boys have moved on to a regular PCP(made me sad) but my daughter continues to see Dr. "Nelli". Dr. Iannelli always take his time, answers questions and PERSONALLY returns calls and results. I couldn't be happier!!

When my son was a few months old. I think 6 mths. He was having problems sleeping and would breast feed constantly at night for comfort like if he was in pain or not feeling well. We were expecting the doctor to check his ears for any ear infection, but he disregarded our concern and just blamed it on my wife and the breast feeding. He did not check his ears. Went home and the problem continued. It wasn't until days later that we decided we needed a second opinion and went to another pediatrician and that doctor immediately checked his ears and said that they were flaring red inside, really bad ear infection about a 9, that he hadn't seen one like that in a while; all because it went untreated. Now my son has some problems with hearing processing and it could have been from the ear infection.

Dr. Iannelli is a wonderful doctor. He is a very caring doctor. He's been my son's doctor since 2005.
