Dr. Vincent Glenn Peterson, DO

Recent health issues and was referred to Daytona Heart Group. This was my first visit and so glad to have had my appointment with Dr. Peterson and his team!! The entire staff… everyone was amazing! Friendly, patient with all my questions, thorough in setting up my tests and follow up appointments. Very courteous and professional! Dr. Peterson’s Nurse Practitioner was exceptionally thorough and was aware of my conditions, asked detailed questions then patiently listened as I explained my symptoms and the difficulties associated. Was very impressed with Dr. Peterson… genuinely kind, caring and concerned about my issues and set me at ease with how he talked with me about how he would like to approach and move forward and was able to schedule my tests within a reasonably quick time. I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to have such a caring staff and not be rushed through like so many other doctor offices do. I will recommend this group and Dr. Peterson to everyone!

He is very personable, knowledgeable and I would recommend Dr. Peterson to everyone.

My visits to Dr. Petersons office are always timely, efficient and friendly. Dr. Peterson makes sure all questions are answered and clearly explains any concerns based on labs, ekg or other diagnostics. He then works with the patient to create a care plan to help improve the health standing of that patient.

It was my first visit with Dr. Peterson. He was very patient, listening to my concerns and answering my questions. I’m very thankful to the Dr who recommended him to me.

I came in for my annual echocardiogram today. I was pleasantly surprised that i was called in only after a10 minute wait! I realize that the wait time to talk to the Dr may take longer depending on the people ahead of me, so is that why we're referred to as patients? :)

Dr. Peterson is very thorough. Although the wait time was rather long it was well worth the wait. Explained everything thoroughly and is very kind and caring.

Dr. Peterson has been my cardiologist for at least 5+ years and I don't know what I'd do without him! Only downside, which is not his fault, the staff doesn't return phone calls in a timely manner. Thru usually require multiple phone calls to get someone to call back. Dr. Peterson is friendly but always professional and caring. And unlike a lot of doctors, doesn't talk down to me like I'm a 1st grader, unlike a couple of other doctors in the practice. I wouldn't see any other doctor for cardiology. In a recent hospital stay a doctor on staff at the hospital told me, he's the best in this area & if he or anyone in his family needed a cardiologist, Dr. Peterson would be their 1st and only choice.
