I would have given a ZERO if I could. He does not care about his elderly patients. He did not even take the time to find out that my mother only has a 7th grade education before giving her a Dementia test; to which he only did question and written test. But according to the National standard he should have done: How do you test for dementia? There is no one test to determine if someone has dementia. Doctors diagnose Alzheimer's and other types of dementia based on a careful medical history, a physical examination, laboratory tests, and the characteristic changes in thinking, day-to-day function and behavior associated with each type. He did not do these things. I would not recommend him to anyone.

So much to say, but I'll keep it brief. Dr Proy cared for both my boys. He helped my older son get diagnosed with a rare disease when our previous doctor wouldn't even consider it. He was a great support for me and very knowledgeable in the diagnoses. He also had wonderful follow-up care for my younger son when diagnosed with C-diff. I appreciate him greatly.
