Dr. Vincent Emil Schaller, MD

After waiting for 4 months for my appointment with Dr. Schaller, his office changed my appointment to a day that I was working without speaking to me at all. When I called them about it confused they told me it was because he forgot he had a shower to go to. They wouldn't reschedule me on a day that worked for me, only what worked for him and I work all those days. This is after having multiple eye scans and cognitive tests, as well a brain wave scan - all showing severe damage. I've seen his nurse several times and told her how bad things are with my post concussion issues. None of that seems to matter to Dr. Schaller.

DR. Schaller’s Office reminds me of how we used to read about Dr.’s back in the day. When you have an appointment they are going to see you as scheduled, no long waits, the front desk staff especially Debbie who is right on point. The doctors here spend quality one-on-one time with you. I’ve never seen such detail to a patient making sure they touch every single issue until the patient is 100%. Doctor Schaller fine tunes every option for his patient. He sits and talks with you until you are 100% comfortable with your care. He’s very straight forward and honest about your issues and the approach you need to take in order to improve. He monitors your improvement very closely. This office and the doctors are definitely back in the day caring genuine professionals. I would HIGHLY recommend if you have a concussion and want the best care come to Dr.Scaller’s office!

Dr Schaller and Nurse Patti are absolutely the best! Unlike most medical practices, they really spend time with you to carefully determine how to care for you and although that may result in the schedule getting backed up, their level of care is well worth the wait!

Very friendly and passionate. Easy to talk to and spent his time with me. But you have to wait since there were too many patients. He is an urgent care doctor and the prescription may be a little stronger than I like.

I had only heard wonderful things about Dr. Schaller from my community before I made my way to his clinic (my son came down with a bad case of pneumonia). Sure enough, he was incredible. From the moment he entered the exam room, Dr. Schaller was warm and friendly. It's obvious he's very intelligent, but what I appreciated the most was that he cared enough to thoroughly explain everything to me and my husband. You can't find very many doctors like him anymore.

Dr. Schaller is very caring and very attentive to patients and their problems. He is very thorough and truly cares about the well being of every patient that walks through his doors. He is very knowledgeable and an excellent doctor.

Dr. Schaller is an overall great guy. He gives patients individual attention unlike other M.D.'s I have known. He is very good at explaining things to patients, and helping them understand what he is treating/diagnosing. His practice is clean and well run. Highly recommended.
