Dr. Vincent R Sghiatti, MD

Dr, Sghiatti is always super knowledgeable and always helps me narrow down any health issues I may have. I have a hectic schedule so I they are usually able to squeeze me in when I need something. Much appreciated. Staff is helpful and appointments are on time which is great when you’re busy.

Where do I start....this place is a sham. The office itself is a health hazard- filthy, unorganized and smells nasty. You walk in and immediately you feel like you went back in time to a clinic from the 70's with the old gross carpet that's in the waiting room. The front desk receptionist Holly is the most rude, obnoxious, incompetent and unprofessional person I've met in my life. I came for a routine blood test and every step of the way was beyond frustrating as I am still waiting for them to mail me the results as these people don't believe in technology and will not email you anything. Oh, actually they have a 'scanner', but it's locked in a room where there is one nurse who's in charge of it only works once a week lol The dr's office needs a review of its own- cluttered, paper EVERYWHERE and just plain filthy. This is NOT what a medical facility should look like. Find another provider, this place is a joke.

Doctor is out of shape, smells bad, and isn't helpful. The office is incredibly disorganized. Worst yet, he's a scammer, a year after my visit I had debt collectors coming after me for an "unpaid bill" and I had very good insurance at the time that certainly covered the visit. STAY AWAY.

Dr. Sghiatti cares about his patients, takes the time to listen and is right on with his diagnosis.

I was attacked by his medical assistant and my diagnosis of anxiety was divulged to the entire waiting area. If that wasn't enough she changed my medical dr. note and tried to physically attack me. I have contacted the medical board and the office for civil rights and health and human services. I will not stop until unprofessional individuals like this are not in charge of people with disabilities care. I was discriminated against and called "crazy" with my chart in her hand in front of a waiting room full of patient's. If that wasn't enough she told the secretary to change my work note to return to work one month earlier as if she was the MD. The sad thing is that everyone that was behind the desk went along with her and laughed. I will not stop until legal charges are filed. I have already filed a police report for the physical attack she attempted. I am very disappointed with the Dr. that allowed this behavior to occur with his most vulnerable population. Mental Illness is a real… diagnosis and no one has the right to violate that confidential information. She was very unprofessional and will never work as a medical assistant again if I can help it. I have been on the phone with the medical board and have sought out legal representation.

Don't come here this doctor is indifferent, the office is dirt and outdated, and the people who work at the office are rude and constantly make mistakes. I came here for an annual physicals because this office is close to my apartment and is part of my insurance network. The exam was brief and the doctor doesn't seem to care. The worst part was after the exam I noticed claim issue and I started receiving letter from a lab services for the testing done. Turned out they failed to submit the correct claim to my insurance and used an out-of-network lab for testing. I visited the office again to show them the bill I received from the lab services and they promised they would take care of it. For 5 months everytime I received an additional letter I would call them and they kept promising it would be taken care of, but they are full of lies. These are all huge red flags and I am committed to let everyone know about the terrible services this doctor's office provides. Save yourself the trouble… and go somewhere else please.

Great Dr that knows his stuff

Dr. Vincent has been my doctor for the past 6 six years. I am a scientist by vocation and Vincent has been like a family member to me since I have met him. I travel the world tracking internet criminals, with a focus mainly on China. Dr. V makes sure I am taken care of any where in the world I might be, with regular visits at home. I cannot tell you what comfort that is for a person like me. Finding a good doctor in LA is difficult - go visit Dr. Vincent!

Dr. Sghiatti is my kind of guy!
