Dr. Vincent J Vu

Although Dr. Vu is an excellent dentist and did a great job on my fillings, I don't think there could be a worse staff there. I was overcharged hundreds of dollars (and still have an outstanding balance of another $135). The last billing lady I checked out with wanted me to pay it. I asked her why and what was it. She couldn't tell me and said I just needed to pay it. Well, I waited for my EOB from my insurance, which is when I found out I was overcharged. When I contacted their billing department, I spoke with several billing specialists, the office manager, and the financial manager. I was lied to, belittled, and insulted. The office manager admitted they had made at least 2 mistakes to me, but that they refused to fix them and that I owed the money. I am working with the Better Business Burearu now, because the financial manager said I couldn't call there anymore. Save yourself the headache and find a place that has some amount of customer service and morals.
