Unfortunately, this woman has covered for my father's doctor a couple of times. Most recently my father was hospitalized in RWJ in Rahway. The first time she covered, we found we had to run behind her asking questions to the back of her head - she's in a BIG hurry. Yesterday, at 8:30am, I put in a call to her service about concerns I had about my dad's illness. She NEVER CALLED ME BACK. My father called her early afternoon. SHE NEVER CALLED HIM BACK. She finally decided to grace us with her presence at 6:30pm which is when she decided he could go home. I still have questions about his illness, but I'll wait for his primary tomorrow morning. The rudeness and apathy is really off the charts with this one.
