Dr. Vineeta Jha Pathak, MD

This "Dr." is new at the practice I bring my children to, my sons regular Dr was not there. he had an infection in his Lip and told me it was herpes, there was NO cold sore just a swollen lip. I had to beg for a swab, she sent me to the lab (they don't do swabs there) The lab sent me back to the office (duh) and she did the swab in the nurses station, just plopped him down on the nurses chair and very roughly swabbed him to the point of tears. She never followed up, and it turns out it was STAPH. I repeatedly called to speak to her and she refused my phone calls. She is the most unprofessional "Dr." I have ever come into contact with.

She checked my son’s heartbeat in like 5 seconds without even asking him to breath in. She only took about 2 minutes in total with us and gave us random prescriptions without even listing the dose. Afterwards we spent an extra half an hour just to get the dose which should’ve taken 30 seconds at the doctors office for a normal doctor. In the end the dose was actually wrong and my kids got worse because of her. There was a time where my 1 year old had to be hospitalized because of how careless she is. Her work is just a complete disaster!

Brought my granddaughter to see Dr. Pathak when she was sick. I was able to get an appointment immediately and seen promptly. She listened to me, answered all my questions and I was not rushed at all. She diagnosed my granddaughter, put her on the proper medicine and within a day was back to being herself.

My son has been a patient of Dr Pathak's for many years. She has always showed understanding and compassion. Her staff is always very pleasant and courteous. She is always accessible even after hours.

Find a better doctor

Dr Pathak sent us a letter saying to find a new pediatrician. Called the office and its not even an insurance issue, she just decided to not see my 3 kids anymore. We only switched to her 5 months ago

Am thankful to have such a compassionate and knowledgeable peduliatricia for my chikdren. Have been with her since started practice and wish her and her staff well at new location!

We have been taking our 3 kids to Dr Pathak for a few months now. So far we are happy with her care and the kids like her. She is friendly and seems knowlegeable. The office could definately use a makeover or new location though.

My entire family takes their children to this practice, we are very happy and we will highly recommend this doc and the practice.

Dr. Pathak is truly a terrific pediatrician. She is an expert at diagnosing and treating children at all ages. I have three children ranging 11 years, apart and she handles each one with compassion without condescending to them or me.
