WARNING! MEDICAL FRAUD AND SCAMS ($4860). SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS. Vinh Ngo, owner of Smart Medicine, messed up my $4860 treatment by failing to follow the manufacturer's guideline of using PATIENT FEEDBACK to adjust setting levels. Without my consent or knowledge (but later admitted to), Vinh Ngo used a much weaker setting level than the one I had repeatedly requested for, which made my $4860 treatment USELESS! When confronted, Vinh Ngo BLOCKED my number and emails to avoid responsibility! Then, I discovered through the Medical Boards' database (docinfo.org) that Vinh Ngo committed MEDICAL FRAUD by providing false information about his medical credentials and qualifications, which deceived me into paying him by making me believe that he was much more qualified than he really is. Vinh Ngo FALSELY claims that his medical degree is from New York Medical College when in reality, he FAILED to earn the grades and standardized test scores necessary for admission into any medical school so he… used a now defunct LOOPHOLE (Fifth Pathway) to attend a school that participated in the loophole. The LOOPHOLE Vinh Ngo relied on to get his medical degree has been deemed so problematic by the American Medical Association, it was permanently SHUT DOWN in 2009.
