I never bash people on social but I can't let this one go. Avoid Dr. Vinita Patel at Westfield Family Practice at all costs - because it will cost you. She replaced the wonderful Dr. Wagner and instead of awaiting annual visits and trusting prior health records, she is bringing people in for needless appointments, making up chronic conditions that will need more visits, and gatekeeping medications, presumably to earn her keep with billing hours. I tried to resolve this with the office several times and instead of acknowledging a misstep they have doubled down with harassing billing department phone calls. Over a $55 copay I was assured wouldn't be billed. This office only cares about your and your insurance company's money.
