Dr. Vinita Prasad, MD

I have never in my life had such an unprofessional experience and it makes the matter so much more serious that it was with someone who calls themself a medical doctor. I have been off work for some time and in order to return I needed to pass a fitness for duty test. The evaluator for this found me unfit. Dr. Prasad, for some strange reason, absolutely refused to look at this current psychological evaluation. When I handed it to her she acted as if I was handing her a box full of venomous snakes. When I calmly asked if her not wanting to look at it was wrong, she immediately stood up and told me she would not be treating me anymore. This was absolutely unfathomable for a doctor to treat a patient in this manner. It also should be noted that before I even came in she could tell I was nervous and made a comment about it. After this appointment I ended up in the emergency room with a panic attack that my psychiatrist caused. I cant even believe I just wrote that previous sentence out,… but that's exactly what happened. AVOID THIS WOMAN LIKE THE PLAGUE... That is unless all you need is a board certified pill pusher for the pharmaceutical companies who care absolutely nothing about patients, then this is definitely the place for you.
