Dr. Viola J Peachey-Monaghan, MD

I have been very pleased with the attention and care Dr. Monaghan has given to me. She patiently explained, in detail, the RFA procedure I will be undergoing in May. Dr. Monaghan made sure I understood everything about the upcoming procedure. She was reassuring and empathetic. The staff in her office were also wonderful. When I had more questions re: the surgery or insurance coverage, they responded immediately and were both considerate and informative. I really could not have asked for a better experience with both this doctor and her staff.

Dr. Monaghan is awesome! She always works with you and takes great care in everything even down to the tiniest details.

Two biggest issues with this office, they do not follow proper procedures and actually gives out false information for insurance coverage. The office people are very rude and unprofessional in asking them any questions. We would not recommend going to this office without fully understanding your insurance coverage and proper procedures known. Reason being, the office is only interested in getting the bill paid through the patient. I called another Dr office in this same field and they stated to me right off what was PROPER PROCEDURE and the right steps for the insurance company to cover the procedure.

Dr. Viola Monaghan was put on this Earth to care for patients. From my very first visit, I could tell there was something wonderful that set her apart from every other doctor I have seen. Everything about her makes a person feel cared for.

It is wonderful to be seen by a physician who listens and gives their patients plenty of time. The staff is super friendly, efficient and helpful. They all seem to love their jobs (a rarity in most doctor's office.) They even give the patients Hershey's kisses upon discharge!
