Violeta Kozlovskaja

My family had a terrible experience with Violeta. My 4 year old daughter was getting her covid-19 vaccine. Violeta never introduced herself or her credentials. She asked me to hold my daughter’s arm, so I took her arm out of the sleeve and held her arm. My daughter moved, a scratch was left on her arm and the vaccine was running down it. The Nurse practitioner then told me that I should have held her better. I told her that I was holding her arm exactly where she told me to, and she never told me to hold her body. She continued to be rude, and then injected my daughter again with the near empty syringe without re-sterilizing the area. I informed her that I work in the medical field and administer vaccines, and when you give directions on how to hold a child you have to be clear and specific, because people will follow the professionals lead. She then told me that since I am in the medical profession that I should know better. I then asked for her name, because I was infuriated and she… would not provide it to me. I asked for it again, and she told me it would be on the receipt. I was given the paper, for which I was charged for a vaccine that was not administered. As I was trying to walk out with my daughter she continued to yell to me that I should have known better. Now, due to being billed through insurance, we are unable to go and get another vaccine for my daughter.
