Waiting a month for test results is totally unacceptable from any dr. Then getting another patient’s docs in the mail was even more unacceptable

I am so grateful for the care I’ve received from Dr. Henein. From the moment of my PMR diagnosis, she has offered both medical expertise and true kindness. She never rushes, always listens, and explains each step of treatment with patience and clarity. Knowing this may be a long journey, I feel encouraged and supported because of her steady guidance. She is a gift to her patients.

Dr. Violette Henein is my wife’s Rheumatologist. She is a wonderful caring doctor, and we would highly recommend her to anyone seeking care. She takes the time to listen and answer our questions. She has helped us through countless complications and has found helpful treatments that have improved quality of life. We trust her advice and recommendations, she is highly knowledgeable in her field. The office staff go out of their way to fit us into the schedule when we really need an appointment. They are helpful in working with insurance.

As someone really afraid of doctors, I couldn't believe how comfortable Dr. Henein and her staff made me feel. There wasn't a wait time, Dr. Henein explained my disease and what the treatment plan would be. She took the time to answer all of my questions. As a plus, her staff was also very nice. I would recommend Henein Arthritis Center.

They say that there is quality in listening vs. talking over a patient. I could not agree more and this is exactly what I received with Dr. Henein. She ordered very specific lab work based on my symptoms which made me feel like truly cares,and wants to help in my diagnoses. The staff and scheduling process was very streamlined which made for easy check in and out process. Very clean and friendly. No long wait and not rushed during appointment.

Dr Henein knows her “stuff”. She always listens to my concerns even if it’s my frustrations w/insurance, feeling lonely w/this disease and feeling overwhelmed with this disease. I’ve struggled most of my life w/lupus. I’ve worked 28 plus years at a renowned hospital. Joint pain and fatigue is real. Saw Dr. Henein today and nearly broke down. She asked if I was ok. I appreciate that in a doctor; other doctors have disregarded the complication of this “autoimmune disease”. She gave me comfort and really listened with extreme concern in her voice and eyes. Thank you Dr Henien for your dedication. It’s a tough job now adays for Doctors. Yes, they too have a lot on their plate with dealing with insurances. Haven’t asked her but I have a feeling she would vote for Health care for ALL.

I would NOT recommend any one to this doctor's office !!!!! I had to wait almost 2 hours in the waiting room till they called my name and one hour till I saw the doctor!!!!!!!!! The staff are horrible no rules no communication !! The manger if they have one has no Idea, the front desk confused!! medical assistant with attitude !! The doctor did not spend enough time with me as new patient, did not even examined me !!! This office has no management at all !!!!!!

I am no longer with this doctor !! Horrible experience !! I was misdiagnosed almost loss my life !!!

worst office I have ever been too! I went there for my first time last week, I had to wait an 1hr45min....and the staff was rude and hard to understand....I will never go back there ð??¡
