Dr. Patel and staff are exceptional. Scheduling was easy. They have procedures in place. Everyone I encountered was reassuring and professional. Everyone knows his/her job. Everyone I encountered was kind and considerate. Dr. Patel let me know that I had done well and all looked great. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and great bedside manner. This was my second procedure in the last two years. He calls personally to check on his patients and shows true concern (something I needed at the time). I cannot thank him enough for his care.

Dr. Patel and the entire staff were very calming and listened and explained procedures. Afterwards Dr. Patel sat and went over the findings and explained everything in full. Great folks to be treated by.

Dr. Patel and the whole staff at BSW Lskepoint made me feel so comfortable for what is kind of an awkward procedure. They took wonderful care of me and I wouldn't hesitate to go to them again.
