Dr Campbell has been my Dr for many years, I would not go anywhere else.

I was a patient 15 years ago. She was super and still is in our community. I go to KU in Family Practice. Family Phy. are the best and I will always respect Dr. Campbell.

Poor service at the front desk which is surly and rude. Poorer service as triage nurse calls aren't returned for the day. My procedure required stitches and that was not performed and I was sent home with a band-aid and a smile - I had an infection less than 24 hours later. Could I get in that day for a follow up per doctor's orders? Nope, no call back after 4 calls that day to the triage nurse. Didn't receive a follow up call until the NEXT day. When I was told they would work me in whenever I arrived, once I did I was told I was LATE and would have to reschedule. I transferred to another doctor and THEY have already communicated my results to me. Mission Family Health still hasn't called. I wonder when they will get around to telling me? Not just rude, but negligent.

There is always a wait time of at least an hour to get in and see a doctor. The doctors do not listen to you and are rude in the way they approach you. Find a different clinic and do not go to Mission Family Healthcare on Johnson Drive Shawnee Mission KS!!!!

I have been going to the Mission Family Health clinic for over 10 years, Walgreens has faxed them 4 times for a refill order and they never called back. I called and they never called me back. Am going to find Dr Tran and change places.

That office always seem to be understaffed. Every time I call, I am put on hold for 2+ minutes. It is very hard to get a time you want. People are always waiting in the sitting room and in the examine room for at least 10+ minutes.The doctor was nice in the beginning. I had a list of issues that I wanted to discuss with her. I mentioned something that she was not familiar with and was told that she never heard of it in all the years she practiced and blew it off. She kept asking me if I needed more prescription filled. I explained that is why I came to see her. During the examination, she kept speaking over me and didn't pay attention to what I was saying. I felt like she was rushing through the examination.The lab results came back later than she promised. I got a voicemail that the doctor needed to speak with me and is urgent. I contacted the office to see if I can do it over the phone. The operator could not answer that and will have a nurse call back. I didn't get the… message until I got home. No matter how many times I told the staff to call me on my cell, they never do it. I got a voicemail at home saying I had to see the doctor. It is actually against HIPAA and may file a report. I called the next day just to see if my prescriptions were called in. In the past, I had to follow up or they won't call them in. The operator couldn't answer my question and will have a nurse call back. I left two messages and never heard back. The next day, it was the same. No one can speak with me and I had to leave another voicemail.
