Dr. Virginia Factor, DO

Doctor Factor is the best, most caring doctor I have ever seen. She is so knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to get to really understand and know her patients. Having moved from out west, I can say, unfortunately, that I haven’t had the best experience with doctors in general here. Doctor factor is not only a major exception to this, but, like I said, the best doctor I have ever seen. She always asks “what else,” where most other doctors are rushing to be out the door. She is an extraordinary doctor and person. Her staff are also first class in every way.

This woman could care less about your health, from my experiences. I found this painfully clear when I was placed into a very difficult situation. You’re just a number. You have to keep calling over and over again requesting things because this person is so overworked (or something), she won’t have you come in. Not very knowledgeable about medicine in addition.

she called me personally with my X ray results. I was surprised I'm used to nurses making those calls. Personal touch is very much appreciated

I'm glad I found a doctor that actually listens to how I feel. She has great bedside manner and very prompt. She is thorough with explaining everything as well.
