Misdiagnosed a very big problem that resulted in long term neurological damage. She wrote it off to the flu. Fortunately, an infectious disease doctor recognized it as a neurological problem and got me the help I needed. I wouldn't trust this doctor with a cold or a mole. You never know if you have something that deserves the eye of a specialist because she'll most likely miss it.

Dr. Ripley is one of the most compassionate Drs. I've ever used. She remembers details of my family and always asks about them. She has such complete records and makes sure I have all required testing done at the proper time. She spends time with me and never makes me feel any of my questions are inappropriate. Here follow up has always been remarkable as I've received calls the same day regarding tests. She gets a 5+ from me.

She misdiagnosed a MAJOR problem. Be careful when seeing her for major problems... she is good for colds and rashes. Also, her nurse was very rude to me.
