Dr. Virginia Triest Jorgensen, MD

I saw Dr. Jorgensen many years ago when I was in my early 30's. I met with her weekly for 2 years, and mostly talked about my mother and sister. She "re-mothered" me. She often asked about my marriage, and I responded it was "fine." It WASN'T. She saw my husband once. Said he was very self-contained. My insurance expired and I did not see her again. Wish I could tell her I finally divorced him, and after several years met a man whom I married. He was wonderful to me! We had 28 very happy years together! I also, in later years, found my dream job, directing a housing program for a non-profit; and was able to help many people! I also did public speaking in connection with my profession; also did 3 TV interviews and 2 radio interviews, something my 30 year old self would not have thought possible!I could not have done any of this had Dr. J. not "re-mothered" me! i owe her a big Thank You!
