Doctor and staff are caring and kind not pushy about expensive work but honest about insurance coverage. Evening appointments are hard to get but they have always accomodated us when we needed them. Dr Schaeffer couldn't be nicer!

Dr Schaeffer has been my dentist for over 14 years! She is always kind and gentle, especially with my kids. She spends time talking to me every visit, she remembers things going on in my life and the lives of my children, going to her office is like visiting an old friend with out the coffee and cake!

If you are looking for a competent dentist then please by all means keep looking, My experience was terrible and I visited her office for a YEAR every Thursday night to get the dentures she had made for me fit properly. There was a second set made for me and as per one if her employees "out of the goodness of her heart"....not true, she charged my ins. co. yet another time. After a year (I didn't know better about waiting so long and the bone loss) I took the dentures to NINE different doctors including Univ of Pa and they all called them "clown" teeth. Now as a result of waiting and bone loss I can only use dental implants and bone grafting which I cannot afford. Her office has continually lied to me about the first set of dentures and my records. I did not call them constantly and when I did - got another story. And today was the finale....the employee hung up on me. Do yourself a big favor and keep looking because this was an awful experience, and a high price to pay… for a below par dentist who by the way doesn't pull teeth! Now I am going thru the attorney route as they have left me no choice.
